Selection of materials for fungus drying room:

Usually, the plate of the drying room is made of a urethane foam board, and a foam board or the like can also be used in the case where some materials do not require a high cost control and drying temperature. The board of the fungus drying room selects the polyurethane foam board, and the heat energy loss during the drying process is less, and the drying of the fungus is more efficient and energy-saving.

The thickness of the baking sheet, including the bottom plate and the door panel, may be insulated by a thick polyurethane foaming plate of about 5-10 cm, and the inner and outer galvanized plates may be used according to actual conditions. On the one hand, this material has a thermostatic chamber with good thermal insulation effect. It is lightly installed and has certain wear and pressure resistance properties, and can be adapted in general and harsh environments. The service life is more than ten years; on the other hand, it can ensure uniform air circulation in the drying room, ensure the evaporation of water in a slow and uniform environment, and ensure the uniformity of drying of materials in the entire drying room.

Selection of the material of the fungus dryer tray:

Generally, the material tray of the air energy heat pump dryer can be a wooden plate, a nylon material tray, a plastic tray or a stainless steel tray. Since the black fungus is a special colloidal body, the moisture content is high, and the tray is easy to stick during the drying process, so the tray The selection of materials is quite elegant. It is recommended that you use Teflon materials suitable for high temperature drying and non-blocking.

Fungus drying:

1) Place the fungus or cloud ear layer evenly on the tray of Teflon material, put it into the stainless steel material cart and push it into the drying chamber of the fungus. The temperature of the fungus should start from 35 °C if the temperature is too high. The wetness can not keep up, it is easy to cause deformation of the fungus.

Fungus drying:

2) After drying at 35 ° C to 40 ° C for four hours, it can be appropriately raised to 45 ° C to 50 ° C and then baked for 5 hours, up to 60 ° C, and then dried to dry at 45 ° C to 50 ° C. The entire drying process takes 10-14 hours. Teflon-coated trays are compared with dry fungus that is baked in other material trays. The fungus is uniform in dryness, non-adhesive, and complete in shape.
